Just follow my advice, and in 15 minutes of gameplay, you'll quickly level up your character, strengthen your weapon, and get more flasks to replenish health. This will give you a massive advantage right off the start, making the game more enjoyable. Let's get on with it!

Starting as a Samurai

First off, I recommend starting as a Samurai. The Samurai has the best starting weapon in the game, which deals decent damage, has good range, and most importantly, causes blood loss, massively stacking up damage.

Initial Steps

1. Activate the Gatefront Site of Grace: Start by activating the Gatefront Site of Grace.

2. Talk to Melina: Have a chat with Melina to get the summoning ring for your horse.

Don't worry if your map is blank; I'll guide you exactly where to go.

Journey to the Third Church of Marica

1. Mount Your Horse: Jump on your horse and head from the Gatefront to the Third Church of Marica.

2. Avoid Combat: Don't engage in any fights. Outrun any enemies you see.

3. Use Dash for Speed: On Xbox, use the B button, and on PS5, use Circle to dash.

Directions:

· Straight Road: Ride straight down the main road.

· Turn Left After the Bridge: After crossing the bridge, turn left.

· Under the Big Rock: Continue under the big rock.

· Past the Lonely Troll: Ride past the lonely troll.


You'll soon reach the Third Church of Marica.

Activating the Third Church of Marica

1. Activate the Site of Grace: Enter the church and activate the Site of Grace.

2. Exit Through the Gap: Exit through the gap in the wall and head to the pond.

Using the Portal

  1. Find the Portal: In the greenery, find the portal and use it to travel to another location.

Reaching the Fort

1. Ride to the Small Tree: From the new location, ride down to the small tree and grab the golden seed.

2. Activate the Nearby Site of Grace: Activate the nearby Site of Grace.

Crossing the Dragon Bridge

1. Ignore the Dragon: There's a dragon on the bridge, but don't worry—it won't attack you.

2. Run Past the Dragon: Run past the dragon's wing.

Reaching the Giant Dragon

  1. Get to the Back of the Giant Dragon: Ride up the gust of wind, acting like an elevator, to reach the back of a giant dragon.

Slaying the Giant Dragon

1. Activate the Nearby Site of Grace: Activate the Site of Grace near the dragon.

2. Attack the Dragon's Leg: Position yourself at the dragon's leg and start hacking and slashing. The dragon is immobilized and won't attack you.

3. Blood Loss Effect: The blood loss effect of the Samurai's weapon will deal significant damage over time.

4. Keep Attacking: Keep attacking until the dragon is slain.

Rewards

1. 74,000 Runes: You will receive 74,000 runes. At the same time, MMOexp will provide better Elden Ring Runes.

2. 5 Dragon Hearts: You will also get five dragon hearts for trading dragon magic spells.

Leveling Up

Final Smithing Stone

1. Get the Last Smithing Stone: Head to the lake, find the small cave, and grab the stone from a dead guy.


Upgrading at the Church of Elleh

  1. Upgrade Your Weapon: Return to the Church of Elleh to upgrade your weapon to +3.

Increasing Flask Charges

  1. Use Golden Seeds: Use the golden seeds collected to add charges to your flasks, increasing them from three to five.
